The best part of our unforgettable stay was the freshly cooked and wonderful breakfast with hot dishes and both cooked options, for example. Air-conditioned double room was a highlight for us. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a resplendent monument.

The total stay was unforgettable for a short visit. Really enjoyed luxury bathroom and a storage space, soft sheets and coffee in our a twin room. Plus it had amazing view of the cathedral

Air con a bit noisy & could not open a window

We stayed in the a double room and appreciated it. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a plus. The staff was very friendly and caring on arrival and throughout the stay. The location was wonderful, really close to St Nicholas' Church. There was a fabulous restaurant within a close distance from the hotel.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals.

Perfect for a quick escape

The staff were helpful. Like, they made parking easy, no hassle at all! The breakfast was great. I had the full English, and let me tell you, it hit the spot.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but with the experience I had, it felt fair enough.

Couldn't recommend more for a relaxing holiday

Charming decor, modern amenities, the rooms were beautifully designed with a rich historical backdrop, and the bar/lounge area was a cute spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Plus, we were delighted to find a convenient parking option behind the hotel.

Great location and vibe!

Really loved the spot! The building has a nice charm, and the staff were super friendly. But man, getting hit with £20 for parking when you're already paying £250 a night kinda stings. Ate at the restaurant, but they seriously overcooked our steaks and the sides were cold. Not what we expected! Still, had a cozy bar area.

A Nice Anniversary Celebration

We had an amazing anniversary dinner on the evening of September 22nd at Marco Pierre White's restaurant. The friendly staff, and Julie, the night maid, was especially good. Her warm personality and knowledge of the hotel were a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend the cocktails at the bar!

The accessible room was well-equipped with a roll-in shower and a raised toilet. Amazing bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and free toiletries. The fitness centre was a nice perk for keeping active. Great bar with a solid drink selection. Perfect spot to explore nearby attractions like the cathedral.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with festive decorations for our dinner, making the night special. There’s a stunning rooftop view and a relaxing spa that really helped us unwind. The room lighting could be better, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience overall. 🥰

I was charmed by the fine Victorian architecture and unique decor. The hotel retains historical features beautifully. Truly a good stay.
